General Peer-Review Process
Terms and Conditions of International Journal of Academic Research Skills (JARS) have to be accepted by the Author during Initial Submission and Final Submission and also has to be accepted by duly signing Author Declaration Form. Author is already given ample time to consider publishing with us or not before making Payment or Final Submission.
Step 1 : Short review
All manuscripts submitted for publication in International Journal of Academic Research Skills for Sustainable Development are strictly and thoroughly peer-reviewed. The review process is single blind. If the manuscript is accepted for full review, it will be reviewed by a minimum of two external reviewers. Author may withdraw the paper and the International Journal of Academic Research Skills (JARS) will have no objection if said withdrawn article is published somewhere else. Journal performs all the process promptly and on time for which it has to pay the cost too and bear the expenses.

Step 2 : Plagiarism Check
Submitted manuscripts will undergo a detailed initial check including a Plagiarism Check in the Editorial Office. An Editor – usually the Editor-in-Chief or a board member of the journal – together with the Editorial Office takes charge of the peer-review process. It starts with a Preliminary Review by the Editor (finished no more than 10 days after manuscript submission). The authors should Submit only original research papers. Provide all the permission notices from the copyright owners ensuring the belongingness of the content with the author. We will consider only that papers whose content plagiarism will be less than 30%.

After a manuscript is accepted for full review, the Editor will collect at least two review comments and prepare a decision letter based on the comments of the reviewers (finished no more than 4 weeks after preliminary review). The decision letter is sent to the Corresponding Author to request an adequate revision (peer-reviewed again whenever necessary). The author will be asked to format the manuscript according to SCIRP’s template before it goes into typesetting and proofreading with the publisher. The author will receive the paper in PDF produced by SCIRP for checking before it is published online. s
